I'm still here.  I haven't given up.  I'm still writing, just not to this blog.  I'm still taking pictures, just haven't been posting them.  I'm still training, and it really is a struggle.  Been painting, just haven't finished anything yet.  Yup, a lot of open projects and wispy dreams.  Oh but life gets in the way, I tell you.  That is a good thing actually.  I mean, I can be six feet under and, well, life couldn't get in my way even if I wanted it.

Just bookmark this page and check in every once in a while - I'll be sure to put in more stuff to read and see.  In the meantime, I wish all you serendipitous visitors and the few others (the bored and tired waiting for a new post) a Happy Thanksgiving.
